The service
SproutScore (a MehyarSoft LLC product) translates public NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene child-care inspection records into plain English. The free tier provides inspection counts and standing summaries. The paid tier ($19 single report, $29 three-report pack, one-time charges) provides decoded violation reports.
Not advice
SproutScore is an information service. It is not childcare advice, legal advice, or a recommendation for or against any childcare provider. Severity ratings reflect inspector classifications translated into plain language — not medical or legal judgments. Always tour providers in person and verify records with the NYC DOHMH.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are stated in USD and charged once — there are no subscriptions. The price charged is the price in our billing catalog, never a price supplied by your browser.
Refunds
All sales are final — digital reports are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If your report fails to generate, we will re-run it free until it delivers. If the data is materially wrong for the center you purchased, email team@mehyar.us within 14 days and we will regenerate it corrected.
Acceptable use
Use SproutScore for personal childcare research. Don't scrape the site, resell reports, or misrepresent decoded reports as official government documents.
